Ryan Davies was born and raised in North Bay, Ontario. He holds both a degree in Business Administration from Nipissing University and his Juris Doctor from Lakehead University.

 

With previous experience in both the corporate world and the financial industry, Ryan has the ability to provide important insights into complicated corporate, business and financial matters which require attention to both numbers and detail. The main focus of his corporate and business practice is on shareholder disputes, advice regarding business transactions and contracts, and dispute resolution. Ryan also currently practices law in the areas of civil litigation, wills and estates, and family law matters.

 

In his spare time, Ryan enjoys fishing, the outdoors, travelling and spending time with his family and friends whenever possible.
